The service

Ohmwood connects to your building management system and adjusts setpoints within the limits you approve. Your engineers can override any change at any time.

Your responsibilities

You confirm you have the right to connect each building and that comfort limits you set meet local regulations. You keep your building systems maintained and tell us about planned works.

Fees and cancellation

Fees are charged per building, monthly or yearly in advance. You can cancel at the end of any billing period. The two-week learning period is free.

Liability

We never move a building outside the comfort band you set. Our total liability in any year is limited to the fees you paid in that year, except where the law does not allow a limit.
