Why it matters
Commercial buildings waste about a third of the energy they buy. Heating floors nobody is on, cooling rooms nobody booked, lighting halls at three in the morning. Ohmwood finds that waste every five minutes and quietly takes it back.

Where it runs
Built for buildings that never fully sleep.
Offices, schools, shops and campuses all waste energy in different ways. Ohmwood learns each one on its own terms.

How it works
Three steps. Then it runs itself.
No new sensors and no rip-and-replace. Ohmwood works with the controls your building already has, and your engineers can override it at any time.

Connect
We link to your building management system over the network. No new sensors, no ceiling tiles lifted. Most sites are live within a week.

Learn
For two weeks Ohmwood only watches. It maps how every zone is really used: badge swipes, bookings, weather and how fast each floor warms up.
03
Week 4 on
Tune
Then it starts adjusting, a little at a time, every five minutes. Each change is logged with the reason, and comfort limits are never crossed.

The platform
One quiet engine, five ways it pays.
Everything runs from the same five-minute loop, so comfort, cost, carbon and maintenance never pull against each other.
Impact
Measured on real meters, not promised in a deck.
Every figure below comes from utility meters before and after Ohmwood, normalised for weather and occupancy.

Integrations
Works with the building you already have.
Ohmwood speaks the protocols in your plant room and the systems your team already uses, so nothing gets ripped out.

Priced per building. Paid back in months.
Every plan starts with two free weeks of learning. If the forecast saving doesnโt beat the fee, you walk away.

People who run buildings, on Ohmwood.
Facilities teams, energy managers and the occasional finance director.
We stopped arguing about thermostats. The building just got quieter, and the bill got smaller.

Two weeks of watching, then it started saving. The change log means I can explain every move to the board.

FAQ
Questions engineers ask first.
Still curious? Book a walkthrough and bring your hardest question.
No. Ohmwood reads and writes through your existing building management system. A few older sites add a small network gateway, which we ship pre-configured.
They always can. Any manual change wins, Ohmwood logs it, learns from it, and never fights your team.
You set a comfort band per zone. Ohmwood never steps outside it, and backs off the moment readings drift or a complaint is logged.
Most buildings are connected in a week and learn for two more. Savings usually show on the first full monthly bill after that.
Ohmwood connects outbound only, through an encrypted tunnel. We are ISO 27001 certified and never need inbound ports opened.
Offices, schools, hospitals, labs and retail with a building management system and at least 2,000 mยฒ. Smaller sites can join a portfolio plan.
