What we collect

When you fill in a form we collect your name, work email, company and anything you choose to tell us. When a building is connected we collect equipment readings such as temperatures, setpoints, energy use and run times.

How we use it

We use contact details only to reply to you and to run your account. We use building data to tune your systems, produce your reports and improve our models. We never sell personal or building data.

Where it is stored

All data is stored in the European Union, encrypted in transit and at rest. Building data is kept for the length of your contract plus twelve months, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your personal data at any time by writing to privacy@ohmwood.energy. We reply within 30 days.
